About your Coach

Hi, my name is Julie Waite. I have a B.S. and
M.S. from the University of WI-Madison in Education.
I taught for over twenty years, working with special
education and at-risk youth of all ages. My favorite
teaching positions were; co-teaching with inspired,
content rich professionals and teaching at a charter
high school for students in recovery. Each year
of experience taught me so much about students,
families, and the educational system. I have great
respect for the awesome jobs teachers have. It
is my personal mission to support fellow teachers
in the delicate and sometimes difficult act of
balancing their professional and personal lives.
I am the mother of three school age children. This
has added a whole new appreciation for parents and
teachers alike. I now more fully understand the fact
that we all need to take care of ourselves so that
we can then help others. When children are placed
into our lives they add a whole new level for growth,
understanding, and patience. They also add an awesome
new level of love.
Life coaching is a great way to take care of you.
I learned about this new and exciting way to help
self and others while doing research to help at
risk high school students. I felt a strong calling
to become a life coach and support teachers. It
is a powerful way to take charge of your life and
get on track with where you want to be. I attended
Erickson College for solution focused coaching
training.

lives to impact one another in some way. Look
for God in others."
